Banter Board overview
The Banter Board is a competition-wide message board where participants can post comments, reactions, and taunts tied to round results. It gives your competition a social layer, a place for the commentary that usually happens in the group chat to happen in the hub itself.

What participants can do
Section titled “What participants can do”- Post text comments (up to 500 characters)
- React to others’ posts with emoji reactions
- Reply to posts in a thread
- Post directly to the board from the results page (“I can’t believe I got that one wrong”)
When the Banter Board is most active
Section titled “When the Banter Board is most active”- Immediately after round results are confirmed
- When a big upset happens
- When there’s a lead change on the leaderboard
- After a perfect round is achieved
Enabling the Banter Board
Section titled “Enabling the Banter Board”The Banter Board is off by default. Enable it per competition:
- Go to Admin → Competitions → [Competition] → Settings
- Click the Banter Board tab
- Toggle Enable Banter Board on
- Configure moderation settings
- Save
Visibility
Section titled “Visibility”By default, the Banter Board is visible to all participants in the competition. You can restrict it:
- All participants (default)
- Participants who have submitted tips this round: prevents lurkers from participating
