Leaderboard configuration

The leaderboard is the most-visited page in any tipping hub. Fanzava gives you control over what’s shown and how it’s sorted.

Each competition automatically has:

  • Hub-wide leaderboard: all participants ranked by total points
  • Group leaderboards: one per group, showing only that group’s members

Participants can switch between leaderboards using the tabs on the leaderboard page.

Configure which columns appear on the leaderboard in Admin → Competition → Settings → Leaderboard:

Column Description Default
Rank Position (1st, 2nd, 3rd…) On
Participant name Display name On
Group Which group(s) the participant belongs to Off
Total points Cumulative season points On
Last round points Points in the most recent round On
Tips correct % Accuracy percentage across all rounds Off
Rounds entered How many rounds they’ve tipped Off
Streak Current correct-tip streak Off

The default sort is total points descending. For tied participants, see Tiebreakers.

You can also enable secondary sorting by:

  • Tips correct %
  • Last round points
  • Alphabetical by name

Choose how participant names appear:

  • Full name: first and last name
  • Display name: participant-chosen nickname
  • First name + last initial: e.g. “Alex J.”
  • Initials only: e.g. “AJ”

Configure in Admin → Settings → Privacy → Name display.

By default, the leaderboard is visible to all logged-in participants in your hub. Options:

Setting Who can see the leaderboard
All participants (default) Anyone who has joined your hub
Participants in a group Only participants who belong to at least one group
Admin only Hidden from participants: admin view only
