AI Recaps configuration

  1. Go to Admin → Competitions → [Competition] → Settings
  2. Click the AI Recaps tab
  3. Toggle Enable AI Recaps on
  4. Configure options below

  • Short — 2–3 paragraphs, key highlights only
  • Standard (default) — 4–5 paragraphs, full round narrative
  • Long — 6–8 paragraphs, deep analysis of every notable pick

The recap can be personalised per participant — the email version highlights how that participant did in the round, while the hub page version is the full narrative.

Toggle Personalise for email in the configuration to enable this. It adds a short opening paragraph tailored to each recipient before the general recap.

Recaps are delivered:

  • In the round results email — appended after the scoring summary
  • On the hub results page — visible to all participants on the round’s results page

You can disable either delivery channel independently.

If a result was corrected after a recap was generated, or you’re not happy with the output:

  1. Go to Admin → Competitions → [Competition] → Rounds → [Round] → Recap
  2. Click Regenerate
  3. The new recap replaces the old one on the results page

Regenerated recaps do not resend emails — they only update the hub page version.
