Notifications and profile

Your profile

Access your profile by clicking your name or avatar in the top-right corner of your hub.

From your profile you can:

• Change your display name — the name shown on the leaderboard
• Update your avatar — upload a photo (optional; initials are used if no photo is set)
• Change your password — or manage your Google login if that’s how you signed up
• View your tip history — all rounds, picks, and scores across all competitions

Notification preferences

Go to Profile → Notifications to control what emails you receive:

Notification	What it is	Default
Round reminder	”Tips are due for Round X”	On
Round results	Your score and the top performers	On
Streak alert	When you’re on a run of correct tips	On
Close race alert	When you’re close to the leaderboard leader	On
Re-engagement	If you haven’t tipped in a couple of rounds	On
Season summary	End of season wrap-up	On

Toggle any of these on or off. Changes take effect immediately.

Unsubscribing from emails

At the bottom of any Fanzava email, click Unsubscribe to manage your preferences. You can unsubscribe from specific email types or all emails entirely.

Unsubscribing from emails doesn’t affect your participation in the competition — you can still log in and submit tips.

Dark mode

Toggle dark/light mode using the sun/moon icon in the top-right corner. Your preference is saved per-device.

Changing your password

1. Go to Profile → Security
2. Click Change password
3. Enter your current password, then your new password
4. Save

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page to reset it by email.

Note

Your profile is specific to your hub. If your display name or notifications are different from another competition you’re in through a different organisation, that’s normal — each hub is separate.
