FAQ

What is Fanzava? Fanzava is a white-label B2B sports tipping and fantasy platform. Businesses use it to run branded tipping competitions for their audiences — employees, customers, fans, or members. See Welcome to Fanzava.

Who can see my hub? Only people you invite can access your hub. Your hub is not publicly listed and cannot be found by search engines unless you explicitly make it public.

Do participants need a Fanzava account? No. Participants create an account specific to your hub. They don’t need a pre-existing Fanzava account.

Can I run multiple sports in the same hub? Yes. You can run multiple competitions simultaneously — for example, an AFL tipping comp and an NRL bracket running in parallel.

What’s included in the Free plan? Free includes 1 competition, 50 participants, 1 group, white-label branding, and all core tipping features. No credit card required.

What counts as a participant? Any person who has accepted an invitation and joined your hub. Pending invitations don’t count. If you remove a participant, they no longer count against your limit.

Is there a free trial for Starter or Pro? The Free plan is the trial — it’s free indefinitely with no time limit. Upgrade when you need more participants or features.

Can I change plans at any time? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits? Yes — non-profit organisations receive 50% off Starter and Pro annual plans. Contact support with proof of non-profit status to apply the discount.

How long does it take to set up a hub? The Quickstart takes about 10 minutes. Full branding, competition configuration, and participant invites can typically be done in under an hour.

Do I need technical skills to run a hub? No. The admin dashboard is designed for non-technical users. No coding, no server management, no DNS required (unless you want a custom domain on Pro/Enterprise).

Can I use my own domain? Yes, on Pro and Enterprise plans. See Custom domain.

What sports does Fanzava support? AFL, AFLW, NRL, EPL, NFL, NBA, MLB, F1, BBL, IPL, and more. You can also run custom sports with manual fixture entry. See Tipping overview.

Who owns the participant data in my hub? You do. Fanzava is the data processor; you are the data controller. See DPA & GDPR.

Where is my data stored? In Australia by default. Enterprise plans can select US or EU data residency. See Data residency.

Can participants see each other’s email addresses? No. Email addresses are never shown to other participants.

How do I get support? Via the support contact configured in your hub (ask your competition organiser if you’re a participant). Hub admins can contact Fanzava support from Admin → Support.

What are your support hours? Email support is available Mon–Fri 9am–6pm AEST. Enterprise plans include priority response with a 4-hour SLA during business hours.
