Connect Fanzava to Slack to automatically post round reminders, results, and leaderboard updates to your team’s channels.
Connecting Slack
Section titled “Connecting Slack”- Go to Admin → Integrations → Slack
- Click Connect to Slack
- Sign in to your Slack workspace and authorise Fanzava
- Select which channel(s) to post to
- Click Allow
What Fanzava can post
Section titled “What Fanzava can post”| Notification | When | Content |

Configuring notifications
Section titled “Configuring notifications”- Go to Admin → Integrations → Slack → Notifications
- Toggle each notification type on or off
- For each active notification, select the target channel
- Set the timing for round reminders (e.g. 4 hours before first lock)
- Save
You can post different notification types to different channels — for example, round reminders to #general and leaderboard updates to #tipping-comp.
Message format
Section titled “Message format”Fanzava posts rich Slack messages with your hub name and branding colours. Messages include direct links back to the relevant page in your hub.
Quiet hours
Section titled “Quiet hours”Fanzava respects Slack’s notification preferences, but you can also set quiet hours in Admin → Integrations → Slack → Quiet hours to prevent posts outside business hours (e.g. no posts before 8 AM or after 7 PM on weekdays).
