Email engagement

Fanzava’s email system sends automated, personalised emails to keep participants engaged through the season. All emails use your hub’s branding — your logo, colours, and sender name.

Go to Admin → Emails to see all email types. For each:

  • Toggle on or off
  • Set timing (for round reminder, set hours before first lock)
  • Preview the email with sample data
  • Send a test to yourself

On Starter and above, you can add a custom message block to any automated email. Use this for:

  • Sponsor messages
  • Event announcements
  • Hub-specific calls to action

Add custom blocks in Admin → Emails → [Email type] → Custom content.

Fanzava handles unsubscribes automatically. Participants can unsubscribe from:

  • Marketing emails — engagement nudges and milestone alerts
  • Round emails — round reminders and results
  • All emails — complete opt-out

A participant who unsubscribes from all emails can still use the hub — they just won’t receive email notifications.

Hub admins can see a participant’s email preferences in their profile.
