Email engagement
Fanzava’s email system sends automated, personalised emails to keep participants engaged through the season. All emails use your hub’s branding — your logo, colours, and sender name.
Email types

Engagement emails

Admin emails

Configuring emails
Section titled “Configuring emails”Go to Admin → Emails to see all email types. For each:
- Toggle on or off
- Set timing (for round reminder, set hours before first lock)
- Preview the email with sample data
- Send a test to yourself
Custom email content
Section titled “Custom email content”On Starter and above, you can add a custom message block to any automated email. Use this for:
- Sponsor messages
- Event announcements
- Hub-specific calls to action
Add custom blocks in Admin → Emails → [Email type] → Custom content.
Unsubscribe handling
Section titled “Unsubscribe handling”Fanzava handles unsubscribes automatically. Participants can unsubscribe from:
- Marketing emails — engagement nudges and milestone alerts
- Round emails — round reminders and results
- All emails — complete opt-out
A participant who unsubscribes from all emails can still use the hub — they just won’t receive email notifications.
Hub admins can see a participant’s email preferences in their profile.
