Fanzava can sync participant data and engagement signals to your CRM. This lets your sales and marketing teams act on tipping activity — identify engaged customers, score leads, and trigger follow-up sequences.

Custom CRM integrations via webhooks are available on all plans.

Fanzava matches participants to CRM contacts by email address. If a match is found, Fanzava updates the existing contact record. If no match is found, Fanzava can optionally create a new contact.

Configure match and creation behaviour in Admin → Integrations → [CRM name] → Sync settings.

Fanzava calculates an engagement score (0–100) for each participant based on:

  • Tip submission rate (tips submitted / rounds available)
  • Recency (how recently they tipped)
  • Points performance trend (improving or declining)

This score is synced as a CRM property you can use for lead scoring, segmentation, or triggering nurture sequences.
