Scoring presets
Bracket scoring awards points for each correct pick. Later rounds are typically worth more points to reflect the difficulty of predicting deep into a tournament.
Default scoring by round
Section titled “Default scoring by round”| Round | Points per correct pick |
|---|---|
| Round of 16 / First round | 1 |
| Quarterfinals | 2 |
| Semifinals | 4 |
| Final | 8 |
| Champion | 16 |
This doubling structure means a correct champion pick is worth as much as tipping every quarterfinal correctly.
