What counts as a participant?
Section titled “What counts as a participant?”A participant is any person who has accepted an invitation and joined your hub — regardless of whether they’ve tipped yet. Pending invitations (sent but not accepted) do not count.
If you remove a participant from your hub, they no longer count against your limit.
Overage
Section titled “Overage”If your hub exceeds its participant limit in a given month, additional participants are charged at an overage rate:
- Starter: $0.10 per additional participant per month
- Pro: $0.07 per additional participant per month
Overage is billed at the end of the month alongside your regular subscription.
Upgrading your plan
Section titled “Upgrading your plan”- Go to Admin → Billing → Plans
- Click Upgrade on the plan you want
- Confirm the change
Upgrades take effect immediately. You’re charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrading your plan
Section titled “Downgrading your plan”Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If your current participant count or feature usage exceeds the lower plan’s limits, Fanzava warns you and requires you to reduce usage before the downgrade completes.
Annual billing
Section titled “Annual billing”Switch to annual billing in Admin → Billing → Billing cycle. You’re charged for 12 months upfront and save the equivalent of two months compared to monthly billing. Annual subscribers also receive priority support response times.
Payment methods
Section titled “Payment methods”Fanzava accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) processed securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoice-based billing.
Invoices and receipts
Section titled “Invoices and receipts”Download past invoices from Admin → Billing → Invoices. Invoices are also emailed to your billing email address after each charge.
