Microsoft Teams
Connect Fanzava to Microsoft Teams to post round reminders, results, and leaderboard updates directly to your team channels.
Connecting Microsoft Teams
Section titled “Connecting Microsoft Teams”- Go to Admin → Integrations → Microsoft Teams
- Click Connect to Teams
- Sign in with your Microsoft 365 account and grant the required permissions
- Select the team and channel to post to
- Click Allow
What Fanzava can post
Section titled “What Fanzava can post”| Notification | When |

Configuring notifications
Section titled “Configuring notifications”- Go to Admin → Integrations → Microsoft Teams → Notifications
- Toggle each notification type on or off
- For each active notification, choose the target channel
- Set timing and quiet hours as needed
- Save
Posting to multiple channels
Section titled “Posting to multiple channels”You can post to multiple Teams channels simultaneously. For example:
- Round reminders →
Generalchannel (all staff see them) - Leaderboard updates →
#tipping-compchannel (participants checking in) - Lead changes →
#leadershipchannel (executive engagement)
Add additional channel connections in Admin → Integrations → Microsoft Teams → Channels.
Adaptive Cards
Section titled “Adaptive Cards”Fanzava uses Microsoft Adaptive Cards for rich message formatting in Teams. Messages include your hub name, the relevant data, and a button linking back to your hub.
