AI Round Recaps overview
AI Round Recaps generate a narrative summary of each round automatically — written in the style of a sports columnist, personalised for your hub’s competition.
What a recap includes
Section titled “What a recap includes”After each round is scored, the AI generates a recap covering:
- The round’s standout results and upsets
- Who picked the most surprising games correctly
- Leaderboard movement — who jumped, who dropped
- Streaks and notable performances (“Alex has tipped correctly for 8 straight games”)
- A look ahead to the next round
Recaps are delivered in the round results email and available to read on the hub’s results page.
Why recaps work
Section titled “Why recaps work”Most tipping competitions are won or lost by participants who are paying attention. Recaps create a reason to re-engage after results — people want to see if they got a mention, check who’s chasing them, and read about the upsets they missed.
The AI adapts its tone to the sport and the competition’s context. An AFL corporate hub gets a different voice from an EPL fan group.
What recaps are not
Section titled “What recaps are not”Recaps are not a substitute for accurate results — they’re commentary on results that Fanzava has already confirmed. If a result is entered incorrectly and corrected, the recap for that round can be regenerated.
