Connect Fanzava to HubSpot to sync participant data and tipping engagement into your CRM contacts and lists.

  1. Go to Admin → Integrations → HubSpot
  2. Click Connect HubSpot
  3. Sign in to HubSpot and authorise the Fanzava integration
  4. Select which HubSpot account to connect (if you have multiple)
  5. Click Approve

The integration is active immediately.

Fanzava creates or updates HubSpot contact properties:

These properties are created in HubSpot automatically when the integration activates.

Fanzava can sync participants to HubSpot static lists:

  • All participants — everyone who has joined your hub
  • Active this week — tipped at least once in the last 7 days
  • At risk — haven’t tipped in 2+ rounds
  • Per group — one list per Fanzava group (e.g. “Fanzava: Marketing Team”)

Configure list sync in Admin → Integrations → HubSpot → Lists.

Once properties are syncing, use them to trigger HubSpot workflows:

  • Send a re-engagement email when fanzava_last_active is more than 14 days ago
  • Add to a sales sequence when fanzava_engagement_score exceeds 70
  • Notify your account manager when a key account’s leaderboard rank improves significantly
