Connect Fanzava to Salesforce to push participant engagement data into your Salesforce org.
Connecting Salesforce
Section titled “Connecting Salesforce”- Go to Admin → Integrations → Salesforce
- Click Connect Salesforce
- Log in to Salesforce and authorise the Fanzava Connected App
- Select your Salesforce org
- Click Allow
What syncs to Salesforce
Section titled “What syncs to Salesforce”Fanzava writes to Salesforce Contact records matched by email:

Custom fields are created in your Salesforce org on first sync.
Contact matching
Section titled “Contact matching”Fanzava matches participants to Salesforce Contacts by email address (case-insensitive). If a match is found, the Contact is updated. If no match is found:
- Skip (default) — no new contact is created
- Create — Fanzava creates a new Contact with the participant’s name, email, and hub data
Configure in Admin → Integrations → Salesforce → On no match.
Salesforce tasks and activities
Section titled “Salesforce tasks and activities”On Enterprise, Fanzava can log Salesforce Tasks or Activities for key participant events:
- Joined hub
- Submitted first tip
- Reached top 10 on leaderboard
- Went inactive (no tips for 2+ rounds)
Configure which events create Tasks in Admin → Integrations → Salesforce → Activity logging.
